Legal
Terms
RedLine prepares recommendations for review. It does not provide legal or compliance advice, and it does not replace the firm’s approval process.
The product
RedLine is a pre-review for financial services marketing. A firm uploads material, keeps a knowledge base, and looks at marks before the piece goes to the firm’s own review. The firm still decides what is approved.
Marks can name a rule the firm has configured, including built-in checks the product ships with. A mark is a recommendation for that review. It is not a determination by a regulator, and RedLine is not a law firm, a broker-dealer, or a registered compliance consultant. No regulator or company registration is claimed for RedLine on this page.
Accounts
Use of the signed-in app requires an account. You provide a working email. Password accounts use a password of at least 8 characters, and email verification is required before login. Keep credentials private. Firm owners control invites, roles, and billing for that firm.
Do not upload material you are not allowed to put into the product. Do not use the contact form or the login routes to probe other firms or to send bulk mail.
Billing
Self-serve plans are described on the pricing page. A 60-day trial needs no card. After the trial, new scans need a subscription, and a subscribed firm is billed for the interval it chose. There is no extra-scan overage. Enterprise seats are arranged from the contact form, not checkout. See refunds for charges.
The operator
RedLine is named here as the operator of the product. These notes describe how the product actually behaves. They are not a completed commercial contract naming a governing law or a separate legal entity.
